The good:
It works good.
It is great for you to backup your DVD disks in DVD format.
Supports NTFS
The bad:
The IR and remote range sucks.
If you use the RCA audio on the unit you get really bad audio quality. (The Audio quality through the HDMI is perfect though) I contact their tech support and they said it is a known issue. What does that mean?
It is a little picky about file format (i've had it freeze up on some XVID formats).
